Spring into Reading!!!

Our classroom library has been updated and ready to Spring into reading!!! Thank you scholastics for continuing in keep our library in season! We love our Llama Llama, Splat the Cat, Olivia, Peter Rabbit, Pete the Cat, If you give a Mouse.... And many more collections of stories!

National Pancake Day

In lieu of National Pancake Day, we read the story Pancake! Pancake! By Eric Carle and I brought the Master Chef (my dad) to make Pancakes with my students!

Dress like The Cat in the Hat they Say! Yes! Yes! I May!!!

Of course the Dr. Seuss week couldn't be completed without a proper costume!!!!

The Leprechauns are back!

the leprechauns made their debut in our classroom today. I had the students write "Why did the leprechaun mess up our classroom?" Awesome writing activity! I also have the book to go with it. Good and bad leprechaun!
